HubSpot Operations
Just ask — in your own words. No HubSpot login, no forms, no jargon required.
If there's a report that's wrong, a dashboard you wish existed, a workflow that would save your team time, or anything else you'd want HubSpot to do differently — you don't need to raise a ticket or track anyone down. Just describe it to Claude, the same way you'd explain it to a colleague. It'll ask a quick question or two if it needs to, log it for HubSpot Operations, and let you know it's been picked up.
You only really do the first two — the rest happens without you needing to chase anything.
However you normally access it — no special setup, no separate login for this.
"Can someone fix the sales report, the numbers look wrong" is a completely fine way to start. No technical terms required.
At most one or two — only if something's genuinely missing. Most of the time it'll just confirm and move on.
You'll get a short reference phrase for what was logged — handy if you ever want to follow up yourself.
They review it, action it, and follow up with you directly. Timelines vary by request.
No. That's the whole point — you don't need HubSpot access, an API key, or any technical setup at all. If you can describe what you want, that's enough.
Reports, dashboards, workflows/automations, property or data changes, forms — pretty much anything that touches HubSpot. If you're not sure whether something's possible, ask anyway; HubSpot Operations will tell you if it isn't.
It depends on the request — Claude logs it straight away, but the actual work is picked up by HubSpot Operations on their own schedule. There's no fixed turnaround time we can promise up front.
Yes — just ask Claude, referencing what you asked for before (your reference phrase helps here). It'll tell you what's logged and roughly where it's at in the process. It won't guess at timelines or reasons for delay beyond that — for anything more specific, HubSpot Operations is the right person to ask.
Just come back and mention it, referencing the original ask. Claude will add it to what's already logged rather than starting a new, disconnected request.
Say so, in your own words — "this is urgent" or "not blocking anything, whenever" both work fine. It gets noted for HubSpot Operations as you described it. For anything genuinely time-critical, it's still worth flagging to HubSpot Operations directly rather than relying on this alone.
Yes — if you've got a few different things in mind, mention them and each will be logged as its own request, so they don't get muddled together.
No — status checks and lookups are scoped to your own requests only. Nobody can browse a list of everyone's requests, including you.
The team who actually make changes in HubSpot day to day. Once your request is logged, it lands with them — they'll be the ones in touch if they need anything else from you.
HubSpot Operations reviews it, builds or fixes whatever's needed, checks it's right, and lets you know once it's done. You don't need to do anything in the meantime.
